We bought a Le Panyol Pizza Oven from http://www.mainewoodheat.com Mode 83. Our installation was done by Mr. Ubaldo Ayala, a very experienced masoner, who can be reached at 571-315-4233

Below is the rough estimate of SKAMOL installation on the concrete.






Cutting the SKAMOL to match the area of the concrete




We build a cinder block around the SKAMOL as we are going to fill-in with 1 inch of GROG


Pour the GROG and level it




Put the Hearth Tile on the GROG and level it




Once the Hearth Tile is leveled, start the installation of the Oven Core Dome Installation




Put a 13 1/2" support in the middle to suppor the KeyStone for Model 83




Make sure that DOME is fully constructed





Tie the Wire loosely around the DOME



Pour some clean water on the dome using a sponge


Seal the gaps between dome with the supplier Mortar



Make sure that you cover the hearth tile inside the dome, with Paper Towel as the mortar will make it dirty.


Install the Front Dome part for Chimney Adaptor




Cover the dome with supplied Mortar
